Yoga is an ancient practice combining different disciplines to create unity. Yoga asanas, the physical postures are used to align, stretch, strengthen and balance the body. I use the combination of Biomechanics and Yoga to help my clients strengthen and realign to recover from and prevent injury.
One to one private sessions are designed and tailored especially for you. They are highly effective to restore balance following injury, accidents or illness. We are all unique, no two bodies are the same and we all have different needs depending on our physical and mental circumstances at any one time.
First session and initial assessment: 1.5hrs
In the first session we will do an initial assessment including medical conditions, medical history, presenting conditions and what the client is hoping to achieve. We will then start on the treatment structure. Follow up sessions allow us to work progressively on improving the client’s health, creating repetition and progress for a structural change that can last a lifetime.
